There was a scanlation project that took up the reins but it looks like they haven't completed their work either. You can find them here: http://www.lililicious.net/projectDet.php?id=6<br /> I do hope with the pending new movie from Toei coming out in '08 that there'll be a renewed interest in this series and someone will complete translations for English-speaking fans.
